The beach have clean sand and I got fresh towels. Complimentary water came in ice bucket, I guess.
The staff, their English wasn't great. It made hard to communicate. I wanted surprise for my wife on her birthday. They confirmed via email, but didn't do anything. I am starting to think this vacation was a mistake.

the minibar was not very cold. this was a minor issue and did not affect my overall stay.

The Pearl Club staff gave perfect service. They were kind. The staff surprised us with balloons and a cake for our anniversary. Omar, at reception, was helpful. Kimi at the spa gave a great massage. Sasi and Moses provided ice buckets and water by the pool. The food and service at Lao and Social were amazing. I recommend the sizzling beef at Lao and the gnocchi at Social. The hotel and pool area was very clean.
The hotel was a little bit far from the peaceful retreat. There was some noise. I think it was coming from a water management plant.
